Having both always been interested in construction, design, repair and how things work best, we were given the first opportunity to work together in 1997 practicing our skills and putting our energy to good use with the restoration of our grandparents farm house, outbuildings and land in South Wales. This project included almost every aspect of interior renovation, plumbing, groundwork, construction and repair you can imagine. We were (and still are) regularly called upon by friends, family and neighbors to take on their interior works whatever the job may be.

Having honed our skills we relocated and were taken on as kitchen and bathroom specialists working in high end homes in South and West London, our services extended well beyond installations and were often requested by customers for a multitude of jobs having proven our quality of service and reliability.

Life took us in different directions for a few years, working independently whilst staying true to our passion. We have now both settled, with our families in Wiltshire and are delighted to be working together again at JHR interiors complimenting each other’s strengths to provide our customers with all areas of installation, repair and renovation work to the highest of standards.

Having always had an eye for design alongside an affinity with repurposing and upcycling, Ryan specialises in the finish and detailing of major projects.

James natural problem-solving ability, practicality and understanding of customers needs enables him to ensure projects are managed efficiently often exceeding expectations.
